When MATCHESFASHION.COM opened its Carlos Place townhouse in London in late 2018, it brought to life the modern retail experience the industry had been waiting for. Led by chief brand officer, Jess Christie, it reached beyond retail to include a cultural calendar which included in-conversation events, live music, fine dining and art installations alongside exclusive designer collaborations and bespoke private shopping experiences.
