Business Analyst for Chanodil

(Mon-Fri 35 hours per week)

Job Specification: Chanodil is a fashion-tech company who is disrupting the conventional fashion sourcing mechanism with its innovative online software. At Chanodil, we connect small to medium scale fashion businesses to garment manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and fashion designers from all around the world. Chanodil services enable customers to manage their ordering process automatically. With Chanodil fashion businesses go global and grow big.


  • Understand and appreciate the KPI’s for each business area and the factors that influence their success
  • Understand the existing processes, systems, and architecture that makes up the Chanodil ecosystems and the opportunities that exist to enhance it further
  • Be a pragmatic, technically and commercially aware point of contact between the business and technology
  • Project management of small to medium sized projects from inception to deployment
  • Build strong relationships with all internal and external partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the Chanodil visions
  • Stay informed of industry news, developments and innovation that we could utilise or could impact our suite of projects or products

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Proficiency in the Task of Business analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Business process modelling
  • Requirements gathering
  • Ability to define a clear scope for projects
  • Customer and end-user experience focused
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced user of MS office suite
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with different analysis software, tools and techniques
  • A team player with self-confidence, assertiveness and personal motivation

As well as the above, this role will be well suited to someone with a passion for emerging technologies and interested in knowing more of the fashion related technology.
